Pre-Information Form

This form summarizes, for information purposes, the mandatory pre-contract disclosures required before you purchase a paid plan, subscription or credit (top-up) package. 2. Nature of the Service (Digital Service — Subscription)

The services are digital services performed immediately by electronic means; there is no physical delivery. The service generates AI layout designs, photorealistic renders and an itemized proposal (PDF) from your uploaded venue image and event brief. Plans: Trial ($3, one-time per account, non-renewing, 1 event, main render only), Başlangıç ($49/mo or $490/yr, 2 events/mo, auto-renewing), Profesyonel ($129/mo or $1290/yr, 7 events/mo, auto-renewing), Ajans ($299/mo or $2990/yr, 20 events/mo, auto-renewing), and one-time credit (top-up) packs.

3. Total Price, Currency and Taxes (VAT 20% included)

Prices are shown in USD for information; billing is in Turkish Lira (TRY), converted at the Central Bank of Türkiye (TCMB) rate at the time of charge plus a reasonable FX buffer. The exact TRY amount is shown before you confirm. All prices include 20% VAT; the payment screen shows the net amount, VAT and VAT-inclusive total on separate lines. No additional fees are charged beyond the displayed total.

4. Payment

Payments are collected via the payment institution PayTR Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. over its 3D Secure infrastructure. Your card details are never transmitted to or stored by us; they are processed directly within PayTR's PCI-DSS certified environment.

5. Automatic Renewal (Recurring)

Başlangıç/Profesyonel/Ajans plans renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly 30 / yearly 365 days) unless you cancel, and the fee is charged automatically to your securely stored (tokenized) card at the prevailing USD→TRY rate. This authorization is taken via a separate, un-pre-ticked checkbox at the payment step and can be revoked anytime in account settings. You are notified by e-mail before each renewal. The Trial and credit (top-up) products are one-time and never auto-renew.

6. Plan Changes and Refunds

Upgrade: takes effect immediately; the pro-rata difference for the remaining period is charged. Downgrade: takes effect at the next period; no refund for the current period. Cancellation: ends the subscription at period end (no refund for the started period; service continues until the paid period ends). As a contractual courtesy, an entirely unused credit (top-up) balance may be refunded upon written request within 14 days of purchase.

7. No Right of Withdrawal (Art. 15/1-(g) of Law 6502)

Because the service is a digital service performed immediately by electronic means, there is no right of withdrawal under Art. 15/1-(g). This applies to all plans, renewed periods and credit packs. You confirm this via a separate checkbox before payment.

8. Disputes

Complaints: info@bilcod.com. For Turkish consumers, disputes below 186.000 TL go to the consumer arbitration committee, above it to the consumer court (2026 threshold). e-Government: tuketici.ticaret.gov.tr.
