Right of Withdrawal

The binding and authoritative version of this document is Turkish. This English translation is provided for information purposes only. The operator is a legal entity established in Türkiye, billing is processed in Turkish Lira (TRY), and this relationship is governed by Turkish law. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish text and Turkish law shall prevail.

For all digital services purchased on the platform — Trial, Başlangıç, Profesyonel, Ajans subscriptions and credit (top-up) packages — there is no right of withdrawal under Art. 15/1-(g) of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

The service is performed immediately by electronic means upon payment confirmation. By confirming payment, you request immediate performance and accept that you have no right of withdrawal — confirmed via a separate, un-pre-ticked checkbox. This applies to one-time, monthly, yearly and auto-renewed periods alike; for yearly plans, no refund is given for the paid period even if you stop using the service mid-term.

Although there is no withdrawal right: your statutory remedies for defective service (Art. 13) are reserved; you may cancel your subscription to stop auto-renewal at period end; and an entirely unused credit balance may be refunded within 14 days as a contractual courtesy.
