Distance Service Agreement
The binding and authoritative version of this document is Turkish. This English translation is provided for information purposes only. The operator is a legal entity established in Türkiye, billing is processed in Turkish Lira (TRY), and this relationship is governed by Turkish law. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish text and Turkish law shall prevail.

1. Parties
Provider: Bilcod Web Teknolojileri Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Rasimpaşa Mah. Nüshetefendi Sk. Dursun Genç İş Blok No:50 İç Kapı No:8, 34714 Kadıköy / İstanbul; phone +90 216 706 07 16; info@bilcod.com; KEP bilcod@hs01.kep.tr; tax Kadıköy/1700647686; MERSİS 0170064768600001). Customer: the natural/legal person who registers and purchases a paid plan or credit.
2. Subject & Price
AI-generated layout design, photorealistic renders and an itemized proposal (PDF) from your uploaded venue image and brief. Prices shown in USD, charged in TRY at the TCMB rate plus an FX buffer; all prices include 20% VAT. Payment via the payment institution PayTR (3D Secure); card data never reaches the Provider.
3. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation
Başlangıç/Profesyonel/Ajans plans renew automatically at period end (monthly 30 / yearly 365 days) and the fee is charged to your stored (tokenized) card at the prevailing USD→TRY rate, based on the separate authorization you give at the payment step (revocable anytime). You may cancel from your account to end the subscription at period end; no refund for the started period. Trial and credit packs are one-time and never renew.
4. Refund Policy
Upgrade: immediate, pro-rata difference charged. Downgrade: next period, no refund for the current period. No refund for a started subscription period (service continues to period end). As a courtesy, entirely unused credit (top-up) may be refunded on written request within 14 days; partially used credit packs are non-refundable. Erroneous/duplicate charges are refunded to the same card within a reasonable time (typically 3–7 business days, subject to bank processing).
5. No Right of Withdrawal (Art. 15/1-(g))
As a digital service performed immediately by electronic means, there is no right of withdrawal; you confirm this at the payment step. This applies to all plans, renewed periods and credits.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Without prejudice to the consumer's statutory rights, the Istanbul Anadolu Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Disputes below 186.000 TL go to the consumer arbitration committee (2026 threshold).
